I am always leary when I order an expensive item such as a fireplace on line. However, this did not disappoint! I am so impressed on the aesthetics and quality of this product. The packaging was superb and not a chip on the concrete. The assembly was a bit of challenge since I had it framed differently from the instructions in order to accentuate the arch. The pictures don’t do justice. I really love the French Provençal look it’s giving. This definitely will anchor the vibe that I’m trying to achieve with my house renovation goals! Thanks to my brother and dad who completed the installment and the amazing work they did!!! (The photos are the before and after; I decided to take out the glass to make it look rustic)

Do not buy this product. The company that makes these will not support additional needs even if you are willing to pay for the additional parts. They are “too busy” to make or send them even after multiple requests. Our hearth was a bit bigger than than the unit. We requested 1 additional hearth stone and was even willing to pay for the complete set of 3. They had no interest in helping us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This fireplace surround is the perfect mix of modern and classic. We wanted to add a dramatic focal point in our apartment and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The electric logs add a nice cozy feel.

I am a professional designer and placed a high-value order through Wayfair for a fireplace mantel. The product was shipped in three boxes, but only two arrived. The most critical part — the leg components — was missing. What followed was a long and frustrating experience that no customer should have to go through. I reached out repeatedly and was promised a full replacement, but instead received duplicate parts that I didn’t need. Pickup teams arrived at my home multiple times, attempting to retrieve pieces I never received or still needed. My assigned Resolution Team contact stopped responding altogether — I left voicemails and emails with no reply. Despite Wayfair’s system showing the order as “complete,” I spent weeks escalating, calling, and documenting everything just to get what I had already paid for. It was only after contacting the manufacturer directly and putting in continuous effort that I finally received the final missing part. I now have all the pieces. But this experience was stressful, uncoordinated, and poorly handled on Wayfair’s part. If you’re considering ordering anything large or time-sensitive from them, be prepared to chase your order every step of the way.
