Took 24 hours to be able to change the master passcode after batteries were installed, but the automatic lock worked immediately. The door handle isn’t connecting to the Tuya app, I’m hoping that I can get the app to work that’s why I selected this model because it was all included verses others you need to purchase bridge items to connect via WiFi.

The smart lock looks nice and works well. A user manual is included and is pretty easy to follow. You can program up to 99 door codes and up to 99 fingerprints. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because 1. The numbers don’t stay lit on the screen so you have to touch the screen first just to see the numbers and then again to type in your code. And it often requires 2-3 taps before it registers. 2. The fingerprint pad is so tiny it only captures a small portion of your fingerprint, meaning you have to be sure to put that exact part of your finger on it or it doesn’t recognize it. **That being said, the fingerprint option is very convenient and since you can add up to 99 fingerprints, you could bypass this issue by creating multiple entries of the same finger using different angles.** Overall we are pleased with this purchase.

Easy to install hardware and it came with everything needed. Good quality. It has a nice contemporary design. The only drawback is when it is very cold outside it takes a minute for the keypad to warm up and recognize your finger print. Along the same lines, setting up the initial code was confusing, but once we figured it out, it was fine.

I had another wayfair front door handle that I loved but decided we wanted and keypad so ordered this one. I love this style as well. The key doesnt alway work with the finger print mode
