NOT FOR THE AVERAGE DIY!!! I’m giving it 3 stars just because I’m satisfied with the build quality for the price point, but this is big time buyer beware if you’re not very handy. -the “instructions” are laughable -the pre drilled holes to mount aren’t even standard stud spacing and they include plastic wall anchors… if you try to mount this in dry wall only it won’t be attached by the next morning -had to cut in a couple scabs in the wall and use a bunch of cabinet screws in addition to the bolts provided to make sure it was flush (I would have done this anyway, but the average buyer would just use the supplied hardware and this things not staying on the wall with what they supplied) -door hardware overlaps with one of the set screws on the shelf panel. It’s literally exactly where you need to mount the hinge (behind it in the picture) -The Sink topper is nice but it’s not perfectly level… I laser leveled the entire base cabinet before and after mounting. The sink wouldn’t sit flat so I had to do some shimcaulk work. Again, not a big deal but the average joe may really struggle Overall I’m fine with the look especially for the price point. Would have just given it 5 stars but took me twice as long to install from all of the extra work needed to make it look Good from their defects.

Smaller than I expected
