Brand new but seems very sturdy.

Received the fan in good condition. Quality is good and my fav feature is the ability to change the height, especially when not in use but outside, it can be lowered to its shortest and a bag placed over it.

Only two of the three nozzles are working. Misting isn’t doing very well. Is there a way to fix it

This is a well made and powerful fan! Easy to put together. We haven’t had a chance to hook up the misting feature.

I bought the fan for a birthday party and after 20 minutes it started leaking bad. also the clips that hold the wires on the pole were not in the box. Going to return the fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've been using this on my patio for our hot spring in California. The fans air flow is pretty low for highest setting. The misting mechanism is great and has different settings. It's has kept us pretty cooled off and also a little damp. I would love it if the fan itself had more wind that came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this fan!! It saves the day when it’s just too dang hot and you need to set up a cooling station for the kids or husband! Just hook it up to your garden hose and turn it on. You’ll want to sit in front of it all day instead of going to outdoor birthday parties in the summer. The kids will too! Set up is simple. It’s just perfect!
