Rail endommagée, est supposée etre bien plate. J’ai réussi à la remettre presque droite mais elle est encore un peu courbée. Ce serait apprécié d’avoir un crédit sur la commande pour le dédommagement. Merci

Customer service in ordering this item was very disappointing. We knew the space that we were installing the roller kit was unique and we would require an extra concrete bolt. We went out of our way to contact Wayfair and then be passed along to the seller to request that an extra bolt be placed in the package. We were told it would be included. When the package arrived, the extra bolt was not included, the box was in poor shape as was the foam packaging inside the box so it had obviously been opened before it arrived at our house. When we inquired with Wayfair as to why we did not receive the extra bolts, after all the time we spent trying to ensure we would have them, the response we received was not very helpful at all, "Our black concrete bolts with the SKU ACER3244 is currently out of stock. They are generic however so you can find them at your local hardware store." Another disappointment from this company, not sure if we'll every shop Wayfair again.
