Giving low review duento instructions being horrible. Measurements are wrong. It says to draw line two and three the wrong distance. Maybe the short side of the bracket was that distance between holes but mine weren't. Two tracks should be at the same exact height. Using their measurements they won't be. Not that hard to make a manual specific to hangar type and track type. And to hire someone that can measure and keep docs up to date. Images are too small. Not all washers show in the images either. Total pita putting this up alone much less having to ignore their instructions.

Nice sturdy kit. Instructions are a little iffy. I fancy myself as a pretty handy person, but this one is a doozy. The pictures didn't match the hardware on my kit, and the drawings and photos aren't super close up so it's hard to tell what's going on.

Don't be fooled by the pictures - this only comes in polished aluminum and rustic black. The picture looks more Grey on the metal as contrasted by the wheels which show a true black. They made a silly excuse as if it was a lighting issue as they said in the picture the metal and the wheels would be similar shades. Once it arrived, we found out it was not as shown in the picture - they blamed "lighting" and we are being charged $70 to return a product they misrepresented. Very disappointing. We are avoiding wayfair from now on.
