You will have to drain this or have a drain bucket. When it turns of then it will mean to drain or the thing inside froze. It’s abt annoying but it definitely keeps the room cool

Very unhappy. I could not install this product in two different windows - but even if I did, the instructions tell you to use duct tape to secure the adaptor kit. After attempting the installation, I don't know how it would work without duct tape, the construction was so shoddy. If I had been given any indication in the listing that I needed to duct tape this product, I never would have bought it. I tried to install the window adaptor kit in two different windows in the area I was trying to cool but it wouldn't fit either of them - the sliding mechanism was far too long for either of my windows (and they are both a standard size).

So far, so good! Its been a week in the heat wave and I got this to keep my room cool for my dogs while Im at work and its been great!. Easy set up and keeping the room cool.

Its great. Hands down worth it. Im actually impressed, once I hooked up the air exhaust to the window, it cooled the house down substantially. I fell asleep and forgot about it and woke up chilly. I was happy about that. Great pickup for the price.

Amazing! We have a 750 Sq ft home and had have a 14K BTU cooling the whole home. When this year’s first heat bloom hit, I bought this with little hope. HOWEVER, this little AC is currently cooling a bathroom and bedroom on full blast during 100 days. I got the 3-day shipping, direct to door delivery, and the product is better than I imagined.

My room has already cooled and I just plugged it in.
