Missing and damaged parts. When they sent the replacement parts they were the wrong ones. After numerous conversations and emails. When it finally gets installed I’m sure it’ll be fine. This has been going on for over a month. Have several drawer faces we’re never going to use. Contractor had to fabricate a new back panel because it was missing. Ever again will I buy a big ticket item.

What a great value! The outsides are plywood, not MDF which is awesome! I am hopeful that the paint wont chip.

I am very pleased with the quality of this unit and it works out perfectly for my odd sized bathroom vanity area. Its very well-made and although we did have to put it together, it was pretty easy to install once we figured it out.
