Only one side grips to the tub and the other side doesn’t so it rattles and is unsafe

My only issue is that Wayfair messaged me that it had been delivered and I searched outside in freezing rain thinking it had been stolen when it really hadn't been delivered yet. The bar is very stable. My tub has slightly sloped sides so it doesn't fit tight against the tub but the pads make it stable for gripping and keeping your balance. I like it. Took off one star for the delivery issue.
