We brought 2 doors and surprise to learn the rails hardware they each came in is 6ft instead of 4ft. The packaging film that covered the doors must have some glue like things that smeared on to the doors and glass. We will clean it up and see if we need to paint over it after. The frosted glass is nice and you can only see a grey shadow of a person on the other side when that person is a foot from the door. The door track installed at the bottom is a bit tight and may scratch the doors if you dont bend it out slightly. Our contractor ended up cutting the rail to 4 ft 2 in each set and connected them to have this as a double barn doors. The doors are solid, but that also means its a bit heavy. 2 people are needed to safely move them upstairs. We dont care for the handles that came in with the doors because they dont have a back side to them. The installation is for a skilled handyman or DIYers to get the correct adjustment.

Although the door is beautiful, the instructions to install are horrible and it took 12 hours to get an answer to our questions. Since we were in the middle of install, we didn’t have 12 hours to wait. Very frustrating.

We got this barn door to enclose the toilet room in our master bath in our new home. It is exactly what we wanted, and with the frosted glass, the area is light and still private. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality and the ease of installation.
