I am unable to fully assemble this item as it came without one of the pieces and there was already blemishes in the coating. But at quick glance it looks like I should be easy to install and use useful.

I hate leaving a bad review, but this piece didn’t make the cut for me. It comes with easy to follow instruction, but the pieces are mislabeled (not that it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out but I’m giving an honest review) and the tension spring is shot. The poles collapse with no pressure so it won’t even stand like it should. I will be unable to use this myself, but maybe if you have a shorter space and don’t wind mounting it to your wall, it will work for you.

This shower addition is great for our walk-in shower. It is customizable in height and the top sections make it adjustable to fit in your space with a tension rod. The pole holds 4 shelves (we only used 2) which can be set at custom heights along the pole. The top and bottom have rubber feet to prevent damage and there are multiple options for mounting to the wall for extra strength (drywall, tile, etc.). Ours is black and is a hard, durable, rust resistant metal with a strong top coating. Overall, a great value purchase!

I’m very disappointed in the shape this shower caddy came in. I wrote a review several weeks ago and got no response. In all of the purchases I’ve gotten from Wayfair I’ve never had this happen. I opened the packaging and two or three of the paks were missing pieces and there had been an attempt of someone trying to put some parts together. I made 1 frustrating attempt to put it together but it was too much for me to do it. I’d be happy to return it. The black matte finish is gorgeous and just what I wanted but I think it got mixed up with ones that had been returned. Please let me know what I need to do

This tension pole shower caddy is sturdy and looks great. It comes with 4 shelves, but only used 3. Was disappointed at first. Thought some poles were missing. They were inside the other poles. Make sure you look, but I recommend
