Everything I expected it to be. Only issue is that the up down button doesn’t work and I’ve contacted customer service but haven’t heard anything yet. I decided to keep the unit regardless. Love the auto shut off feature when the tank is full.

Fantastic unit! Well built. Deployed in a 4,000 Ft sq. manufacturing (machine shop) room with concrete floors & walls in Wisconsin (high summer dew points) and 17 Ft ceiling. This unit allows my staff to not dye on the vine as if they are machining in Costa Rica. We have saved substantially on the A.C. electric use due to the moisture removal from the dehumidifier...and NO wet floors from the previously high dew points! I have purchased a 2nd unit to really knock out the moisture. My CNC machines also behave better:)

Works like a champ. Could be quieter, but it's not the worst.

Just what I was wanting. It has reduced my electric cost and has cooled my house down by getting rid of the humidity. Great purchase.

Very quiet and easy to move around. And emptying is super easy.
