These air purifiers are great. Very quiet and highly effective. Easy to clean.

I have only had for couple of the days. I was a little leary at first, because after a few hours of the cleaner running, I started to hear a squeak when it was oscillating. Today it has not been squeaky at all at any speed. But here are the things that like: super quiet on lower speeds and even on the higher speeds still pretty quiet. Did not have to put anything together, basically read the manual and plugged in and turn it on. It lets know when to clean filters (washable). Did include K filer for VOC's etc. if want to use it. Check the filter compartment and it also has a diagram on the side of the cleaner to on how to clean the filters. Even in the short time I had this, the air seems a lot better and I been using on the 2 speed. Finally, there is a pull out Quick Reference card provide quick info on the back (red pull tab). If the squeak does not return I would give a rating would rated as a 5 but for now 4.

this item is received not new maybe a store display or some one is used scratches at the base and wrapping not factory by factory, original box is open an unit been used.

I love it, use it in my bedroom to help me sleep, it helps with my allergies.

Such a difference in the quality of air that I am breathing now. A wonderful product to have.
