5-2 Day Programmable Thermostat

We purchased this thermostat before and was quite pleased with it. We needed to purchase another for a different floor.

I was directed to the home thermostat section by an aide that came onto the site after my fumbling around. She lead me to the section I was looking for, but the suggested thermostat is not applicable to my needs. I will attempt to send it back.

I’ve had this thermostat for about a year now. I original had a nest thermostat and while I really liked it, it would not stay connected to my phone. I think I kept zapping it with static electricity and it would make the Wi-Fi part in it go out. So I just bought something simple. I’ve read a lot of the reviews and I have not had any of the issues others have had from what I remember setting it up a year ago it was fairly easy. my only issue with it is there’s no backup light and I can’t figure out how to get one to turn on. It sucks in the middle of the night trying to see what the temperature is at. I have to use my phone or turn on some light.

Very very confusing. I cannot turn On AC when i want. Such an irritating setup this system has. When I want to change the temperature the screen is locked and itdoesnt allowmw to change. Oneof the worst thermostats i have ever used

Horrible!! I had a programmable thermostat that worked great. I got a new boiler and they gave me this one. To say I hate it is an understatement. This thing is unnecessarily difficult to use. Every aspect goes against you. It only lights up for a couple seconds when you touch it so, when you are attempting to change anything, you have to do it quickly or use a flashlight. It makes you go through everything to change any settings. This thing is so bad Honeywell should be ashamed! I am guessing because they are awful companies are buying them at fire sale prices and charging customers full price. I used a highly rated company too so its infuriating. No don't buy this. Run don't walk away! Honeywell, you should replace them for free! Trust me, that 2nd star was a gift.

This is the most awful product in my home. It doesn’t work and my house is freezing. I have to buy space heaters. Please do not purchase!!!!!!! It’s impossible to figure out how to program it. The instructions are so confusing and you cannot override the time settings. It’s a disaster of a product. I am cold and it’s an absolute nightmare.

To call this a 1-week programmable thermostat is hugely misleading. It only programs one 24 hour cycle. By saying one week, does that mean that it will lose it's programming after a week? I installed this last night and programmed it. It lost part of it's programming when I checked it this morning and had to reprogram it. Also, the temporary temperature adjustments do not work at all. When I press them nothing happens.

This thing is not worth the money. I specifically wanted a thermostat for the WiFi. I finally got the WiFi hooked up and the thermostat works ok but it loses contact on and off and I get a COMMUNICATION ALERT. Tried all sorts of things but it's just junk. Need to go to another more reliable brand.

I'm utterly frustrated and exasperated trying to get simple functions.Beware - this model has the most bizarre setup,pre-programmed,and it's very difficult and counter-intuitive to try to get it to function on manual - or my own setting.After trying to change the clock time for Daylight Savings, I'm sorry I ever touched the SET button. The directions are twisted and don't work. The internal settings are for the birds,literally. It resets to default schedules that are maddening and wake me when my furnace kicks on at unexpected times, 4 times a day. I bought this model because I needed a single simple program. Whoever designed this seems out of touch with the needs of a common home such as mine. This is so bad, I suggest getting a different model with better reviews.
