Very hard to program still offline. Not recommended

These work well, but the instructions may be misleading when using a system controller. I wish they would show usage and trending (graphs) in the app.

Was great until the app suddenly changed and I no longer can connect to my thermostat by WiFi! Both Apple and Android showed a message the app no longer worked on the platform and to download the new app. Funny thing is I cannot find the app! Honeywell doesn't have a link and neither does the software manufacturer. Luckily I can log into the thermostat using a web browser, but that doesn't have all the functions. We troubleshooted the WiFi and connections and they were fine. WHERE IS THE NEW APP!

We bought a home with this thermostat. Apparently, the former owner misplaced the MAC ID and CRC card. According to everyone I've spoken to, there is no way to recover that information and the thermostat is virtually useless. You keep telling me that the MAC ID and CRC are on the inside of the faceplate. There are not MAC ID or CRC on the inside of the faceplate. I would send a picture, but your system won't let me add a picture. As you can see. The problem is more the support than the Thermostat. You just posted the updated complaint again, but did nothing to help. Again. No MAC address or CRC inside the cover. Service problem, not thermostat problem.
