In general the bathtub is terrific. There are several items that should be addressed before you order. The specs for the plumbing are completely off. For the water supply, you can literally install the valves almost anywhere as long as it's within the back of the bath area (you need a 1/2" MIP connection). As for the drain, this one threw me for a loop because we installed the drain exactly per spec but the bath comes with a flexible drain installed so the drain could have been anywhere under the bath. Because of the location that I put the drain, we need to break the tile and move it several inches because it does not go straight down. Essentially, the plumbing spec where not required whatsoever.

We were kept informed of arrival. Delivery and unloading went like clockwork, We are pleased with all aspects of the purchase,. Thankyou one and all.

I’ve really been enjoying this tub—it’s become a favorite, especially for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, I did run into an issue with the jacuzzi button sticking and not turning off properly. It happened a few times, and today it wouldn’t turn off at all, so I had to drain the tub while it was still running. I reached out for support and I’m hopeful this will be resolved soon. Aside from this, I’m very happy with the tub itself and would still recommend it for the overall experience.

I ran into a couple of issues during installation—one part broke more easily than I expected, and there was a minor leak afterward. That said, I was able to get it sorted out, and once everything was properly secured, it’s been working without any problems since. It just needs a bit more care during setup, but now that it’s installed, it does what it’s supposed to.
