Awful. Had a plumber 8 hrs trying to buy parts that were damaged. Couldn’t return because empty box was on truck for disposal and it poured rain in the 8 hours. Terrible situation entirely.

It is fabulous. Was a bit difficult to install it not fault of parts included but the piping in the bathroom. The commode lid is plastic and I would have preferred a sturdier material.

The toilet is great. Flushes well both for high and low water use. Bidet works well. I have two complaints with this toilet. The installation is very difficult. With a little modification one issue could be solved. They should add a small notch in the back so that if you have to access the water connection, you do not need to remove the whole toilet. The other is the seat. The seat works and as stated the bidet works well, but the seat feels like cheap plastic. Why put such an inexpensive seat on such a well made porcelain toilet.
