came scratched on the handle and the imprint of the logo was disoclored and not etched on properly

Haven't installed yet, but design is great though color is way more bronze than dark bronze. -Update- It will not let cold water flow, only hot. But Wayfair is sending a replacement so hopefully just one faulty item.

This is a beautiful faucet. The pull-down feature doesn't seem to stay inside, but we haven't installed it yet, so that may change. I wish Wayfair would give us more time before having to write a review. We are not able to install until our counters are in after the first of the year. I would love to submit pictures. We bought a cold water dispenser and the finish seems to match nicely.
