The shelf came with a damaged crown molding part. I can't find a way to request for the damaged part to be replaced.

It’s moves smoothly on the track and works well. I’m super happy with it.

Not too difficult to install, and we are not handy at all. I probably wouldn’t use this in a house with small children - it does seem a little wobbly if you are playing around with it. (I have had to remind my 12 year old and his friends that it isn’t a toy.) Be aware that the clearance needed for the bracket at the top is almost 86”. It just barely fit in our space (lower level of a split-level), and we had to remove a chunk of ceiling trim to make room for the bracket. They sent the version with the crown molding on top instead of the plain version pictured, but I actually like it better with the molding since we had to remove a bit of our existing trim.

The door works great and some what easy to assemble. I am adding a link to our YouTube video a step on step guide on how to build it. It does what it's supposed to do and I would repurchase again. There are some minor things like minimal scratches and instructions are a bit hard to understand for some parts but, overall we enjoy the product!
