I didn’t get the door lock like it mentioned in the item contents. I searched and searched in the box contents but no locking item anywhere.

Disappointed. The hardware to hang doors was an issue. First, one of the rods to hang the doors on was bent - see image - secondly, the soft close hardware came with no instructions, third, because the doors we ordered cover a large space the instructions said to join the rods w the ‘joint piece’ included. There was no joint piece. After emailing customer support they have now asked me to go through Wayfair to request ‘replacement’ part which is not technically a replacement part, as it was never received in the first place. It is not like we are tackling this ourselves either - I hired a handyman to install quickly and all of this has happened under his experience and expertise - he is confused and frustrated. Update - did some searching and the joint that was not included costs $20 -no wonder it is not included and must request after the fact.

They initially show up broken but they fix and look great. They are a cool piece, looking forward to full install

Heavy and imprestive looking. Unfortunately, much of necessary hardware was missing: stops, lock and another piece, which meant I had to pay about $100 to my contractor
