My order arrived fine. Technician was rescheduled , or so I thought. Now trying to reschedule with technician who called me or I need to contact 3rd party who wayfair uses to schedule technicians. Wish it was a more simple process.

Takes the moisture right out of the basement. Would definitely purchase this again!

We purchased a larger one of these for our basement a few years ago and helped extremely to eliminate the humidity and mildew smell. This one we purchased for a crawl space as we noticed the mildew smell coming up into the 1st floor vents. It is definitely helping and is keeping our storage items from turning moldy as well.

Works great. Easy to install. Would recommend.
