Installed it on post  of my covered porch. We have a ceiling fan but it just doesn’t get enough wind going to really make a difference. It’s actually pretty incredible how strong the fan is. Even at the table that’s located outside of the covered porch. You can still feel it when you set it’s to high.   another thing I love is since it was installed next to my sliding glass door when we do a fire pit by turn it on. This way when the kids forget to leave the sliding glass door closed all the smoke doesn’t end up in the house. I’m considering purchasing another one to put by our outdoor grill because of how hot it gets in the summer.
