Does it legally work as a fan Yes. Does it have a click noise every time it oscillates Also yes. Very annoying, wouldn’t repurchase but it also works fine so I’m not returning it.

Not very "Impressed", haha. Feet are stubborn to install, base is very thin gauged metal. They also have a tendency to pop off even when you think they are on all the way. As far as moving air, its good. If you want it for your home during the summer, this is not the fan for you.
