I built my house 19 years ago and this is the fourth unit , tank , I needed to replace due to leaking tank , only lasts anywhere from 3-5 years , which always puts it out of warranty , you were nice enough to give me a 50 % discount on this new tank and it leaked from the moment we installed it , thanks for replacing it at no charge , this is the last one I will buy , won’t use this product ever again again , only reason I have been is because I am set up for connections under the sink for your product and it’s easier just to swop out , but never again ! Will re plumb for a different manufacturer next time when this one fails !

We love our instant hot water heater. It works great for making coffee, oatmeal,tea and anything else that requires hot water? Fast and convenient.

When I was designing my new kitchen a little over a year ago, I asked family members, some of whom had recently moved into homes with new kitchens, what their favorite things in their new kitchens were in terms of organization, design, etc. I was surprised when I got back repeated answers of "You've gotta get an instant hot water system!" It's so fast and convenient that now boiling water on the stove seems to take forever. (haha) It also filters, so the water comes out tasting great which means my tea tastes great. When I learned about instant hot water faucets, I considered them a luxury. Now I think of it as a necessity. Mine is a very much used and enjoyed accessory to my kitchen functioning. Thia product is now affordable for the working class. It is a game changer for me in terms of having hot water immediately for the following uses: Immediate Hot Water for: a cup of tea cooking cleaning caked on debris from pots and pans washing stained clothes especially shirt collars I also use hot water for sterilizing the countertops and floors. it took me a day to get the correct temp. for my system but I love this product.
