I have only had this system for a few days, and so far I have been very impressed! The water quality is definitely much better than my old traditional RO system. (I had the traditional RO system under the sink from a different company for the past couple years. I decided it was time to upgrade to a tankless RO system after seeing it operate at a friend's house.) The installation was really easy...took about 3 hours because I had an older RO system already under the sink and that took time to disassemble. I highly recommend watching iSpring Filter's installation YouTube video. They walk you through everything you need to do and think of! Made the installation really easy. Although it has only been a few days since being installed, I'm enjoying the water quality a lot coming from the RO500AK-BN+UVF8 system. I live in an area that has very, very hard water and a lot of stuff that I do not want in my drinking tap water. (I was already planning to replace my older RO system - it was just a matter of which system and type - after I had ran some water tests using Tap Score by SimpleLab. My water coming from my old RO system started to smell (I diligently replace the filters on schedule), and the lab results shocked me into replacing it.) Anyway, I highly recommend this system. Here to many good years of drinking clean water!

We have used the RO500AK-BN with UV filter for more than three months with complete satisfaction. Water comes out of the faucet at about one ounce per second. Noise when it is running is an indistinct rumble quieter than a cat purring. Installation is straight forward, even though at 6'4” I don't easily fit under the kitchen counter. No need to cut tubing except one cut for the UV filter. The printed instructions are good but omit one bit of advice: When you cut a tube, immediately use a Sharpie marker to circle both “new” ends ¾” from the cut. When inserting tubing in even the smallest piece, there may be resistance but be sure to push the tube in all the way to that mark. The connection will leak if you don't. In spite of what others say, this unit works without problems with our 32 psi well water. Our refrigerator's ice maker freezes cubes properly without an intervening tank. The ice maker's sharp click is substantially louder than the RO's rumble.
