2 months ago, I installed an ispring prefilter (WSPARJ-BP) before my existing water softener, an ispring whole house water filter system (WGB32B-MKS) after my water softener and an ispring reverse osmosis system (RCC7P-AK) after the whole house filter with a line into my fridge. I am very happy with a very noticeable improvement to the water in the shower and the perfect tasting water from my fridge. My well water was fine to drink but had a high TDS and I preferred the clear taste of bottled water, so I was using the big 18L bottles in my kitchen but now the TDS with this RO system is even lower than the bottled water so I now have great tasting water without the inconvenience of lugging the big water bottles around. The water in the shower feels softer even though I previously had a softener and there is only minimal loss of water pressure. Wished I had installed these filters years ago.

I’ve had the six stage model RCC7P – AK for about a year. I’m just now doing my first filter change, all, but the RO Membrane. I have a bit of an unconventional installation. My system is about 20 feet from the water supply in the sink drain. I’ve had it installed on the floor. But for this filter change, I mounted it to the wall about 12 inches above the floor with support under the filters. That will make future filter changes much easier in the future. Couldn’t be happier with the system. Great system, great tasting water with very effective filtering. My water starts off with a TDS of about 500, water are coming out of the filtered faucet comes in at under 40 TDS :-)

I have bought ispring filter last year and after i have changed the cartridge there was a some issue with running water which goes to tank. Constantly was working. I have called the company and Sean help me straight away to be honest. I was a bit worried that may be they will not help me but they did .
