I have used this system for the last 5 years at my seasonal off-grid lake cabin, where we draw water from the lake. Nick has been so helpful with resolving any issues we have had and helping me figure out what products I need to purchase whenever there is a problem, including replacing parts. His help has been invaluable.

I love my iSpring UV system. I had a little problem and Sean was super helpful in resolving it! I would highly recommend this company and their products. We live in the Virgin Islands and our main source of water is from cistern water catchments. So we drink the water and you need a quality filtration and UV system and this is perfect!

We had a few minor hiccups with getting the correct part needed for the iSpring UVF55FS 55W Whole-House UV Water Filter system. However, Michelle got it taken care off and sent us the correct part. We appreciate the speedy response. This is why we will continue to purchase are water system needs from iSpring Water Systems.

Great product - I needed the high flow-rate UV. Great service - They answered my pre-sales questions with good explanations. After a year, the item developed a leak and started triggering the GFCI - I called and they promptly shipped me a replacement part without any issue. Nice follow-up with Brian to make sure I was happy with everything.
