What a mess, I have a collection of broken boxes of tile maybe 15 boxes as they keep sending replacements that arrive broken. The problem is not all Wayfair other than this is who I purchased it from, about $1000. I had to abandon install and rip out what had in installed and go buy tile locally, another $1200 so I am into a $1500 job with $2200 in defective and replacement product. I did get a $100 credit, yes, one hundred dollars. This tile, unbroken, is beautiful but I now a disposed of it all. Wayfair s unwilling to anything further. If you're a contract, don't rely on them as a supplier.
