If there was an option to give negative stars in my review, that would be more appropriate to the level of dis-satisfaction I have for Wayfair. Being a regular consumer of online purchases, this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with in trying to get my merchandise (literally). This order that was placed on June 30th and the main item on the order has still not shipped 7 weeks later. Although the item showed to be in stock at the time of purchase, and still shows today to be in stock, the item is reportedly still in some warehouse or stuck in some bureaucracy that even Wayfair's sincere advocates for customer service (esp. Tara T.) can't seem to navigate effectively. Although I never expect this review to be publicized, or have I ever left a negative review for an online purchase as I have always been able to work though any negative issues with a simple phone call, I am hoping that Wayfair's management will take notice. I hope that management will look at the history of numerous calls I've made to customer service, and will have the decency to take action and attempt to restore any faith I had in Wayfair prior to placing my order (this means shipping my product too).
