This unit is pretty powerful! I love that the unit cuts off when it has reached its desired temperature. There was hardly no real installation. Just hooking up the hose and putting it out the window. Love, love, love the WiFi capabilities.

Exactly what i needed... works perfectly in my house to cool down the bedroom

Shipping was quick across Canada. The a/c unit was very easy to set up, but the adjustable side panel to fit the hose into the window needed to be cut (I cut off about 5 inches). We use it in an open area that is about 700sq/ft and cools in no time. Living in northern BC, Canada, I have had to only drain the water build up a couple of times with hardly any water. There are two drainage outputs for the water build up, the bottom one I find too low to place a simple pan underneath when I want to drain it, and because there are no hoses that come with the unit for the drainage outputs, you have to find something to hold up to it when you want to drain. remote is handy, we don't use the wifi settings as wifi is costly in northern BC. The noise level is higher than I expected, but totally worth it because of how well it works! We love our unit on hot days!

Problems with operation from the start. Would not buy again.

I really love this Ivation for my living room. Make sure to clean it out and let it dry after using it for the summer season and prior to the next usage. This way, it has less chance of breaking down or stopping the blowing cold air if you remove all of the moisture from the water lines prior to storing it away for the season.
