The arm is RIGID and doesn’t swing at all! That’s not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I bought it specifically with the intention of hanging it upside down in an alcove so the TP could dangle. The arm is welded (glued) into the exact position it is in the images, making that impossible. Good thing it arrived early so I have time to look for one that WILL work for what I wanted. Very disappointed.
