It was a great shower head but the tools to put it on the shower were not included and it took a few days to buy the right tools to install the shower head so that it didn't leak. It was used almost immediately upon connection and had different shower speeds from gentle rainfall to harder spray.

This is a basic shower head. Easy to assemble and install. Very shiny, switches between functions effortlessly, and I like how it swivels. Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged but the contents were unharmed. Also, I do not like how there's the State of California P65 warning for this product.
