The quality of this storage pad is excellent. It came to us in perfect shape. Because it's plastic, it's relatively lightweight considering the capacity it can hold. When weight is spread across the surface, there's little to no bowing, which is what I was looking for. My only reason for docking a star is that we actually received two different items in our order of 4 skids - two were the storage pad shown, which is a Jifram "skid" and the other two were actually a Jifram "pallet" - which means that it also had bottom beams. Both types are structurally excellent, and we were able to make that work, but if I had needed 4 identical pieces, this would have been a surprise. The pallet is slightly taller than the skid. I'll be sending Wayfair feedback - I'm wondering if their supplier sent them the wrong item, since the labeling on all the boxes was identical and Wayfair doesn't actually carry the Jifram pallets!

the item itself is great and as described. The docked star is more of a packaging issue. They ship it in a box that is closed with staples and the staples actually gouge the plastic of the product. It seems like a poorly thought out decision but I don't think it affects the usage of the product so it's more of an annoyance than anything else.

I have several of these storage pads twice the size. They are sturdy and work great. I am using this smaller one on my patio to hold an ice barrel. Works great and it allows for air flow to not ruin my pavers and water spillage.

Exactly as described. Would purchase again!

Nice product. It's plastic which is better than wood so it's not fodder for unwanted bugs.
