Great window AC. It cools the room quickly, and I love that it has multiple settings, including cooling, fan, energy saver, and sleep mode. The digital display is easy to read, and the Wi-Fi feature makes it very convenient to control the unit from my phone. You can also control it with the included remote control, which is a great bonus. Installation was also pretty easy my son was able to install it by himself without any problems. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very happy with this AC and would definitely recommend it.

This air conditioner is a beast both in size and power! It did arrive a little dented up due to rough handling in transit but this did not affect the quality of the air conditioner. It is easily keeping both our kitchen and family room nice and cool where as before we needed to have 2 smaller units running. It is quite large but that is fine. We like the looks of it and the fact we can still open window if ever needed in an emergency. Absolutely would recommend!

So I finally had the time to start installing this air conditioner today. I thought it might be easy because of the design and only need one person, but it still definitely needs two people. It also, unfortunately, came very dented. It just has a thin piece of cardboard on top to prevent damage and it's so heavy damage seems likely. The dents are in the back so you can't really see them inside the house and it's so heavy it's a pain to send it back, but I'm hoping it doesn't impact the unit. I did plug it in and it does work and feels very powerful. The U-shaped design is a lot better, too. If it wasn't damaged I would give it a higher rating.

Hard to install but nice-and cool once it was done. Very quiet. So far so good. I will se how long it works. I really like the fact all of the condenser is completely outside.
