Had to contact customer services twice, both times e arrived bend. Poor shipping! Boxes are to cheap. This item needs to be placed inside another box or wrapped in bubbles wrap. Just horrible experience

Very flimsy. The design of the brackets are 1/4 deep therefore the screw barely engage the wall.

Not strong enough

Material is not as expected. Like the fact that it expands.

Absolutely destroyed in shipping. No packing materials at all. Box was BADLY damaged and the metal racks were bent. Very disappointing. The item is much flimsier than it looks on the website.
