The product was not packaged well and had to be replaced for damage twice. The door looks great otherwise. The door does not have prebuilt holes for handles and hinges. These have to be made. The door is well sturdy and after second replacement was very nice. I paid for installers to make grooves for hinges and door handle.

The door seem to be packaged correctly, however, when I opened it, there was a big gash in the top of the door . The finish on the door is a white matte finish. There are no predrilled holes for hanging. The door is cardboard inside that is why I think it was damaged during shipping. Not something I would recommend for heavy use.

I tried to ignore previous bad reviews. The door arrived in not the best packaging. I opened the package and it had bubble wrap but not much. Then I pulled the bubble wrap off and it was completely beat up and of no use to me.

Ordered (3) 30"x80" of these hollow core doors, went through 3 replacements because they kept getting damaged in transit, these are the one that were delivered as good, still had to patch them with wood filler, sand and paint. They only arrive wrapped in plastic, suggestions to the manufacturer at least use cardboard for protection of the delicate hollow core doors. Our account manager was great at assisting in replacements.

Unfortunately, this door panel arrived damaged. I did contact Wayfair and they put me in contact with the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they would send out a new door, but I have not received it yet. if the new one arrives not damaged I will update my review.
