Loving this door honestly! It did come slightly damaged, but it was an easy fix and I didn’t want to take the time to send it back and wait for a replacement. It is already primed and ready to be painted. The only thing I didn’t consider is there is no locking this door if you use it for your bathroom Still beautiful!

We were able to use the installation hardware kit on a custom door we made. The hardware was easy to install. The door slides open and closes smoothly. The way the hardware is hidden it gives you that clean, smooth professional look.

3 stars not for final quality but for customer service. As you can see the door we received was damaged. The manufacturer responded with a 30 refund, but with no replacement. After some more communication with Wayfair, they did send a new door. It arrived with no damage. Unfortunately when we were able to have it installed it did not work for the space where we wanted to install it. We will probably donate to a building charity.

The door itself is very nice but the packaging was not. Door arrived with a cracked corner that looked like it may have happened with a simple drop on the bias. It also had a cut in the front.

I was excited to receive this concealed/invisible sliding barn door, but unfortunately the delivery condition was disappointing. When the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged and torn open. The FedEx driver actually had to place the hardware kit back inside the box because it had fallen out through a large hole in the packaging. That raised concerns about whether any hardware pieces may have been lost during shipping. The door itself had very minimal protection it was only wrapped in a thin layer of plastic, which was already torn in several areas. In the spots where the plastic had ripped, the surface of the door was roughed up. It also had scratches and marks from rubbing during transit. The product is described as white primed, so I am hoping these marks will not be noticeable once the door is fully painted. Because of the damaged packaging and loose hardware, I also have some concern that parts from the hardware kit may be missing. I will need to inventory everything during installation to confirm.I will update this review after I paint and install the door to share whether the surface imperfections were visible after finishing and whether the hardware kit was complete.
