My item unfortunately arrived damaged, which was disappointing. However, I will say the overall design and look of the piece is really nice and exactly what I was expecting style-wise. It seems like it would be a great piece once fully intact. Customer service did issue a refund, which I appreciated. I just wish it had arrived in better condition. Based on what I can see, the quality and aesthetic are beautiful, but the shippinghandling could be improved

This door is super cute ! It is a lot taller than I was expecting but I think that’ll be a good thing. It makes my short walls in my hallway look taller and more elongated which is nice. I believe it’s solid wood also, which I was surprised of the quality, would definitely recommend!

This door is not packaged sufficiently for shipping. This is the second door delivered after a replacement was requested due to shipping damage. The shipping packaging consists of 1/4" thick bubble wrap around 80% of the door and is totally insufficient for shipping a large wooden door across the country and expecting it to arrive without dings, dents, or scratches. The first door that was delivered had baseball sized holes punched into it through the bubble wrap from a forklift or something. Highly recommend NOT ordering this door unless you're ok with shipping damage. Aside from the packaging situation, the door appears to be nicely made and has a nice feel, finish, and weight. The hardware and track appear well constructed. Too bad about the lack of proper packaging so very frustrating.

I really liked the idea of this door and the clean, modern look of the concealed hardware. The invisible track concept is clever and gives a sleek, floating appearance that would work well in the right space. The door arrived pre-grooved and the included hardware feels substantial, which is a plus if you’re planning a full installation. That said, my experience was mixed. The packaging was not adequate for an item of this size and weight. Most of the door was wrapped only in bubble wrap, with very little edge protection, and it arrived with a visible dent. I know Wayfair would replace it, but given the size and effort involved, I decided not to pursue a second shipment. Another thing to note is the finish. Although the listing clearly states the door is laminated, in person it looks more like plastic than wood. The surface feels durable, but it doesn’t have the warmth or realism I was expecting based on the photos. The wood tone is also darker than shown in the stock images, which may matter if you’re trying to match existing finishes. Because of these issues, I’m still undecided about whether I’ll actually install it. This could work well in a modern or utilitarian space where durability is more important than material authenticity, but it wasn’t quite right for my home or color palette. Overall, the design and hardware are solid, but buyers should be aware of the finish, color variation, and packaging limitations before ordering.
