Was impossible to assemble: one of the metal piece was too big to fit in the hole made for it. Thus, we had to switch one of the side of the wagon with the side of our old wagon that we had kept. (We're lucky!) Also, a bolt was missing for another part of the wagon. The wagon is working fine now, but one manufacturing mistake and one packaging mistake on the same product... that's a lot! EDIT - 9 months after purchase: A solder failed. The wagon is unusable, as it can no longer be directed. As the product page advertises a 1 year warranty, I contacted Wayfair, but they said they can't help because the warranty is offered by the intermediate seller of the product, a company that is not named anywhere in the product page. They provide me their name, and I contacted them, but never had an answer. I had to buy a new wagon................. BUT certainly not on Wayfair! DO NOT buy this wagon! DO NOT trust everything that is written on Wayfair's products description pages. Warranties advertised there are not real.

Not happy. Just opened the box and 3 tires had cuts in them. If I didn’t need it immediately I would send it back. I do like that it holds 400 pounds

This cart has been a huge help with gardening and cleaning out the garage! My only issue is that it has a tendency to tip on sharp turns if loaded too high - but it is easy to figure out how much is appropriate to load.

Omg this helps me around the farm as I’m disabled and it makes life sooo easier. Easy to put together and I like how I can put the sides down.
