Installed this faucet into our updated bathroom less than a year ago. We loved it and it was working great until water started spraying out of the faucet cap. When we reached out to Wayfair and they said the manufacturer said it wasn’t tight enough but there is no way to make it any tighter. When I told this to Wayfair they said there was nothing else they could do but refund us 20.

Got a faulty faucet. The cold handle does not turn towards you (like it’s supposed to) and instead turns towards the wall. Haven’t finished connecting to water but very frustrated. Besides that it’s a nice looking sink for a good price.
