I loved the faucet but when it was installed the sprayer would not retract if you pulled it out. It just hung there and it wasn’t easy to manually put it back in place. Very Dusappointed

Great looking faucet. Good stream and spray. My only disappointment was the lever moves 90 degrees front and back. We have backsplash directly behind the faucet that got in the way of turning the lever back. We adjusted by rotating the faucet where the lever is in front of the faucet instead of on the side.

Was super easy to install. Turning water on and off can be done with one finger, so easy and smooth. Doesn't show finger or water spots. Looks so beautiful with the karran sink I bought. Only thing I would improve on is a heavier weight for pull down. Love the look!
