We ordered 2 of these sinks for an upgrade to our main bathroom. I had a 10% discount coupon from Wayfair, but unfortunately Wayfair would only apply the coupon to one item on the order of 2 sinks, 2 faucets, and 2 drains, so we chose to apply it to one of the 2 sinks. The sinks were received on time and they looked beautiful but appeared to be a bit larger than the advertised size and because 2 sinks were to be installed, this larger size became more apparent. I contacted Wayfair for a return of just one sink since we decided to keep the other for the remodeling of the guest bathroom. Initially, Wayfair wanted to charge a return shipping fee, but after some discussion of the return being for an incorrect size listed on wayfair.com, Wayfair waived the return shipping fee. However, on the returned item, Wayfair elected to automatically deduct the initial discount of the 10% coupon on the returned sink effectively taking the 10% coupon that they had given me (cancelling it out) without discussion at all. In my view, the 10% should have been kept and applied on the sink we elected to keep and not the returned item. For such a large company, giving a coupon and then applying it at their sole discretion and to their benefit is not a very customer driven system. If that's the way they do business, then why bother to give a customer any coupons at all.
