Carrelage mural en céramique 3 "x 8"

Nice tile that others might love. We purchased for our bathroom shower tile however and felt the texture of this tile was too rough for that use. I’m bummed a sample tile isn’t available on this type so we had to purchase a full box to learn we didn’t like it much.

Unfortunately, the tile depicted in the picture and what arrived are not the same! If you’re under the impression that this is a solid green or even slightly varied you’re going to be surprised when it arrives as each piece has a completely different shade/hue and an edge detail that you can’t see in pictures. The worst part was the return process for this! We are almost 30 days in after requesting a return the same day as arrival—still waiting for the carrier to arrive to pick it up. When we called the customer service rep to help us return this tile for our clients she was rude and demeaning. We politely asked them to tell the seller that they needed more pictures so it doesn’t mislead designers and buyers and were met with an abrasive attitude from (a quote here) “one of Wayfair’s best customer service agents”. Our hopes when (or if) we use wayfair in the future to source for clients is that their best customer service agent has the character to back up that title.

Just the perfect tile! I used them around my fireplace surround and I paired them with the same style in 5.5” for the hearth. I’m so happy I went with these tiles!

Looks great as my kitchen backsplash!
