I really like this bidet. The only function I’m missing is auto lid openclose. Also, it’s difficult to figure out how to change the temperature of the seat.

Nice toilet, I was expecting the seat to open and close when someone is close by.

You kind of get what you pay for (and this is probably under half the price of anything else similar out there), but after not having a good flush for months I figured out a solution that I wanted to share in hopes that it helps all the 1 and 2 star raters out there. The crux of my solution is to remove the filter screen (as opposed to cleaning it every 1-2 months and it still possibly not working) and re-capping the angle valve when done. I've circled in red the part that needs to come out (but not sure if they are sharing my picture so hopefully you understand the solution I have suggested). I'm no plumber, so do your due diligence. In my case, our water is double filtered so I felt reasonably sure that only the finest sandy grit ever came into the valve that it would power its way through. The still negatives: The manufacturer doesn't respond to emails so I suspect the warranty is worthless, they don't have a direct phone number, the business address posted seems fake, they only have 5 followers on Facebook and no posts since July 2024, and when I contacted Wayfair to try to reach them and advise me on customer support I was promised an email within 2 days. Surprise, that didn't happen either.

Seat arrived broken and company can’t replace the damaged part. Doesn’t heat or fully function so disappointed

Plumber just installed my new smart toilet. Only problem is it didn’t come with foot motion sensor. It makes a loud noise when I seat and the same loud noise when it flush. I thought it was the pipes in the wall! Still waiting on someone to tell us to do to get rid of the noise
