This is a great looking, contemporary grab bar which compliments our existing bath hardware style very nicely and doesn't come off "Institutional",. The construction is very sturdy and provides a stable grab in the shower. However, the installer found it challenging to install.

As advertised, this bar would have been perfect for my shower wall installation The contemporary design and the bright chrome finish was a perfect match for the shower fixtures. One of the primary reasons for the purchase was the framing is 16 inches on center but it's behind tile and near the supply lines so there's no room for error. The bar would have worked great but I encountered the following two issues: 1. the center of the mounting flanges is 16" but the mounting holes are not in the center of the flange and would not have hit dead center in the the studs. 2. the bar has two snap-on trim rims but the ring's openings are not large enough to allow the ring to be moved out of the way to drill mounting holes at 90 degrees. I didn't feel comfortable installing the screws at an angle would have been as secure as I needed. Wayfair sent me complaint to the manufacture - Keeney plumbing products - who recommended I use a Phillips-head Allen wrench but I still would have had to drill the holes at an angle. It's a great looking bar but Keeney should consider using removable mounting flanges with set screws to connect the bar to the flanges.

Great match in both bathrooms. Installed by our tile person. Looks great.

I wanted a slightly smaller version,but this is fine.

We did a total remodel in our primary suite bathroom almost 3 years ago. We chose this high quality grab bar for our shower. It is a great safety feature in the shower and looks as good as the day it was installed.
