We have used this for a number of months and it has not disappointed us. Easy to refil and looks great in out kitchen.

I have not been able to get the plumber to install the dispenser. I am unable to get under the sink to install it myself. I removed the dispenser from the package. It is solidly constructed and operates smoothly. The directions are well written and easy to follow.

On the plus side, it looks great! Clean lines. It also seems very sturdy. It has firm pump that takes a bit of force to press down, and I appreciate that it is mostly metal rather than plastic. My only complaint would be that I wish the plastic piece that holds the soap was larger. We are a family of three and primarily wash our hands in the kitchen sink, so I would expect I will need to refill this every couple weeks.

This is a pretty nice dispenser. I wasn't able to get it fully installed, as the hole from the dispenser this is replacing was a little larger than this one, so I'll have to get something to put first before tightening it. I did put soap in it to try it out, and it pumps well. The straight edges and flat top match perfectly with my facuet I just got installed, so I think it will work out well.
