Nice piece but has only 1 water pressure and it’s not pleasant

This product is a game changer. Super easy to install and easy to use. I'm going to buy another for my second bathroom.

Complete garbage. The only thing good about this thing is how easy it was to install. Otherwise don't bother. The "hose" is made of thick metal and is so unwieldy, you have to fight with it to get the spray head aimed in the right direction. This would definitely be hard for someone elderly or with wrist or hand issues. The spray head is lightweight plastic. On top of that super duper heavy coiled hose, the cheap plastic spray head is ridiculous. The spray head leaks. When you pick the thing up out of the super cheap holder, water starts to sprinkle out of the spray head before you even use it. I tested this by using the thing, wiping it down with a towel, returning it to the holder and turning off the water supply to it by using the little water shut off lever that comes with the installation kit. I came back to try to us it again--turned on the water, took the spray hose out of the holder and it immediately begain to drip water. If you are holding the spray head over your clothes or over the floor--over whatever--it will get things wet. This is the spray head leaking water - not the supply hose - so the problem is not with the installation. It is with the inferior product. Pass this one by. It will not solve your toilet paper shortage issues, it will just bring a whole new set of issues to the table...er toilet.

Great product! This was exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely buy this roduct again for family and friends.
