The towel bar arrived damaged: a scratch on the top left chrome square and two additional crushed corners. The piece was packed in a very shabby worn box. It was sold as open box, but I NEVER expected to receive damaged goods from Wayfair. I am very disappointed. NO STARS!!!!

Good quality and nice look, compliments our other hardware. Easy installation. Bar itself is a little narrower than I had expected but doesn’t affect its use.
