Absolutely deplorable condition this door was received in. Very surprising, given the packaging. I chatted with Charmaine from Wayfair, first she offered me a repair option, but couldn’t set me up with a repair person then offered a free replacement without having to send the unit back. Once I accepted that she said I would have to send the door back which easily weighs 50 pounds and is 30“ x 80“. I don’t even know how I would get it to a place to ship it out of. Last time I will be buying from Wayfair. Thanks for nothing Wayfair family.
