Louvred Solid Wood Unfinished Slab Standard Door

Do not buy these doors if you intend to buy multiple doors that maintain design specs. We had already purchased and installed 14 of these in different door widths. When unpacking the 15th door, it looked right, but after installing door number 15 next to one of the prior 14 doors, we noticed differences in design and proportions. The size of the top, lock, and bottom rails had changed, the profiles surrounding the louvers had changed, and the number of louvers had changed from 56 on the prior 14 doors to 63 louvers on the 15th door. None of this was advertised, yet it required nearly 2 hours of arguing with customer support to get a refund. They first suggested a 20% discount and returning the door, then 25%, then 35%, but insisted we return the already installed door. The door it had replaced had been discarded, so that would leave us without a door and the impossible task of getting a door that matched. What were they going to do with an installed door that had already been drilled and fitted? They kept insisting it couldn't be any other way and that no escalation was possible. Every new person would lie and say there was no escalation possible. Nearly 2 hours later, we got a notification of a full refund and kept the door. Do not leave the chat until you get what you want, and do not trust a word they say or write. Their customer support team appears trained to lie through their teeth. Anything to get you off the chat with as little money as possible. False advertising, misleading customers, outright lying customer support, and poor-taste haggling practices. As if a falsely advertised door that has been installed is something that should be haggled. If they are too busy to change the advertised listing to reflect the changed specs, then they are also too busy to deal with you if something goes wrong. Two photos attached show an example of the lock rail size difference between an already painted door that had been installed prior and the lock rail of the latest door that was installed prior to painting. I can't be bothered to upload photos of all the changed proportions. It was significantly different from the other doors we purchased in this series. Hence, 2 hours were spent arguing with them.

So happy I s Chose these louvered doors to replace the standard doors that have been in my entranceway.

I bought two of these doors for a pantry that I built in a house I remodeled and they’re nice and solid doors so I needed this louver door to match up with another louver door I had and it’s pretty close. I like this door. It is built well.

Perfect, just as expected. Wood stained it a dark brown and came out great.

This product is misleadingly described. It is not a solid door. It is garbage that required a boatload of work (despite being priced like a solid wood door) to make it useable. So highly disappointed in WayFair on this one.
